FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Water-repellent material

Winter Camouflage is made of 100% polyester with durable water repellent (DWR) finish on the front face of the fabric, which makes it water-repellent, lightweight, and durable. The DWR helps the fabric shed water and stains. Over a period of time this DWR finish will wear off and needs to be replenished. Refer to Care Tips below for more information.

Multicam Alpine pattern

The adopted winter Multicam Alpine pattern is somewhat grayish, while it is almost white in bright light, with the reflections inherent in Multicam. It works well in the field and the forest and effectively reduces the visual and near-IR signature of a person operating in snow-covered environments.

Large draw-stringed hood

The jacket has a large draw-stringed hood, designed to go over the helmet and a zipper in the front.

Elastic bands and cuffs

The jacket features elastic bands on the elbows for tighter fit, elastic cuffs on the sleeves, and draw-stringed bottom.

Draw-stringed waist

The pants have draw-stringed waist, elastic bands in the area of knees for tighter fit and elastic cuffs on the bottom.

With/without Backpack cover

The Snow Camo is offered for sale in two variants: the package of the first variant includes a Hooded Jacket and Pants, and the second variant additionally includes a Backpack Cover. Backpack cover fits up to 45 L backpacks (day bag or 3 day bag, not suitable for rucksacks).

CARE TIPS

Polyester fabrics are very durable and you can wash and dry them at home.

•Wash in cool to moderate water temperatures (86 deg.F recommended).

•Do not use bleach, detergent, fabric softener.

•Hang dry or dry in a medium temperature dryer (up to 104 deg.F).

•Remove from dryer and hang promptly to minimize wrinkles.

•You can iron with a presser cloth. Always test first on scraps or out-of-sight parts.

•This Polyester fabric has a durable water repellent (DWR) finish on the front face of the fabric. The DWR helps the fabric shed water and stains. Over a period of time this DWR finish will wear off and needs to be replenished. If your fabric stops beading water on the front face you can replenish this finish with any other DWR protectant in a cleaner and spray on form.

•DWR finish can withstand 3-5 dry cleaning procedures.
